Project Design Manager
Job Description
– Understand project output requirement with respect to tender scope of work and recommend the suitable materials and system, building regulations, manufacturer’s recommendations.
– Supervise the production of detailed Fabrication Drawings to ensure timely delivery of key project information to facilitate the Shop Drawings. production and proactively deal with any
discrepancies within project documentation / specification and arrange meetings ad necessary.
– Manage resources to ensure the design output meet project requirements.
– Training the subordinate to obtain the understanding of facade systems, material characteristics and design system.
Qualification
– Thai / Non – Thai
– Possess the facade experience in design / engineering functions at least 10 years.
– Haveing a proven record in managerial positions at least 5 years.
– Profrciency in AutoCad , Inventor , Revit , BIM
