The expansion is designed to prepare for the growth of exhibition and conference business and capture the golden location in Sukhumvit-Bangna which attracts approximately 3.3 million visitors per anum.
BHIRAJ BURI Group, a leading property development and management company will invest THB6 billion to expand usable space for exhibition and conference by more than 32,000 square meters as well as develop a new 30-storey office building.
